MagicHato Shipping Policy

At MagicHato, we are committed to delivering your PC products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is an outline of our shipping policy to help ensure you have a clear understanding of the process.


1. Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. During checkout, you can select from the following:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days (for most locations in the U.S.).

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days, subject to product availability.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Available on orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days, excluding weekends and holidays (only applicable for certain products).

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, based on the shipping method you select, the size/weight of the products, and your delivery address.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States: We ship to all U.S. states.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For inquiries regarding international orders, please contact us at info@magichato.net.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order on our website at https://magichato.net/, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sales events, order processing may take a bit longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you promptly via email.

  • In-Stock Items: If all items in your order are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

  • Backordered Items: If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated ship date. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel the backorder.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping Method: Choose from standard, expedited, or same-day shipping options.

  • Order Weight and Size: Heavier or larger items may incur higher shipping charges.

  • Shipping Destination: Delivery addresses in remote or rural locations may have higher shipping rates.

Please be aware that these delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).


7. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, there may be instances where a shipment is delayed or lost during transit. We will assist in resolving the issue and ensure your order is delivered.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check the shipping address when placing your order. If the address is incorrect and the package is undeliverable, we are not responsible for shipping costs to reship the item.


8. Address Changes

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@magichato.net, and we will do our best to assist before the order is shipped. However, once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@magichato.net with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to arrange for a return or exchange.
